Kohl Children's Museum

Our children's museum membership is good at all American Children's Museums in the US, so we decided to check out the Kohl Children's Museum in Glenview today. It was awesome! Nolan ran in and started working on the roof of a house.
He built some cars and had some races.
He loved driving the car!
He was a mechanic, too.
He tested some brakes.
Then, we went grocery shopping.

After shopping, we went to Potbelly. Nolan made me a great turkey sandwich!

He cleaned up the floor, too.
There were old-fashioned phones in every exhibit...they rang out of the blue, and Nolan thought it was the greatest thing ever! He would say "hello this is Nolan Leonard. Welcome to my ______. How can I help you?"
He was a vet.

Nolan was a great librarian.

There were lots of cooperation exhibits.

Nolan loved the water exhibit!

He was the captain of a boat.
He painted a house.

Nolan played some music.

He was a train engineer.

He made a car wash go.
Nolan changed some tires.

He was a checker.

He was a patient shopper, too.
Nolan took care of some babies in the nursery.

He learned about energy and electricity.

He bricked a house.
Nolan drove an excavator.

He fixed the engine one more time.
We played at the museum all day and had a blast! Nolan was sad to leave and told me that he forgot to play with some things as we were walking to our car. We had a great day together and are excited to check out some more museums in the Chicago area!
