Fire Safety Fun

Nolan loves playing fire and rescue. He hooks his hoses up to his truck and guys and puts fires out all day long and then has the guys go back to the station to eat and take a nap until the next call. He was also a reporter discussing a fire that occurred.

While playing today, Nolan said "Mom, take my picture! This is my best present Santa ever gave me in my whole life...I love my fire and police station so much!" He is so sweet!

Super Bowl

We went to Aunt Mar and Uncle Ron's Super Bowl party. Nolan wore his Jay Cutler uniform and had fun with Charlie.
GG loves holding the sleeping babies...I feel like we have a picture like this with every great grandchild. Charlie is so sweet!

Happy Birthday to Uncle Ron who celebrated his birthday at the party!

Valentine Maker and Little Chef

Nolan had fun painting and decorating valentines!

He enjoyed being a chef while making some banana bread and chewy brownie cookies...two of Nolan's favorites! He cannot bake without his chef hat!

Nolan then wanted to help clean with his "dust rag" in his pants waist. He is hilarious!

The Moon

Uncle Mart, Aunt Judy and Amy gave Nolan "the moon" for Christmas, and he loves it! He has his own remote and makes full moons, quarter moons, sliver moons, etc. It is a fun bedtime activity to check the moon and make the same one in his room!

Big Boy Room

We finally finished Nolan's new room after waiting for bedding to arrive. We went to Home Goods to find some fun accessories, and we proudly present Nolan's big boy room!

My big boy loves his new room!

Imagination

Nolan is the imagination king! He made a UPS distribution center and airport with his guys and trucks. He made Prentice Women's Hospital where he was born and added a bright light on top for the helicopter landing pad on a foggy night.

He had a few parades, complete with parade-goers.

He had a fire truck parade.

His imagination is unbelievable, and he amazes me with what he comes up with. Nolan loves to play, play, play!

Snowmen!

Our snow is finally packing snow, so we spent the afternoon and early evening outside making some snowmen and a hill. Nolan loves the snow so much and is never ready to go back inside. He always tells me he just wants to stay outside for a couple more hours!

Chef Nolan helped make a warm dinner after a warm bath when he reluctantly came in from outside at 5:30 p.m.
