Trimming the Tree

Nolan had fun helping with the Christmas tree.

Downtown

We took the train downtown the day after Thanksgiving to see the big Christmas tree.

We had lots of fun and got right in the Christmas spirit!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Pops watched a Thomas movie with the boys on Thanksgiving morning. We went to Aunt Kathey and Uncle Evert's house for Thanksgiving dinner.

This is an attempt at taking a picture with all of the cousins.

Night Before Thanksgiving

Uncle Kevin, Aunt Kelly, Jack and Henry came to Chicago for Thanksgiving. Pops and MoMo gave the boys matching winter jammies. We had a fun dance party.
We tried to get a picture of all three boys, so we parked them on the couch and put on the Backyardigans. It worked like a charm. Everyone took turns taking pictures with the little turkeys!

Carole Peterson Concert

Nolan and I met Heather and Isabella at my old school for a fun children's concert. This was a quick picture of Nolan and Bella before we headed for home. We had lots of fun!

First Game of the Season

Nolan had lots of fun at his first University of Chicago basketball game. He is so proud of his Pops who is a great coach!

Cleaning with MoMo

Nolan loves to clean and find dirt. He is a great helper for MoMo who really loves to clean!

Aunt Maura's Bachelorette Party

Maura's bachelorette party was on my birthday, November 14th. I managed to get a quick picture with Nolan before he ran away.
Pat has four sisters, so here is Maura with the two moms, sisters and sister-in-law minus one.

Construction Worker

Nolan LOVES to build, play with tools, play with trucks, etc. He loves construction! Uncle Tim gave Nolan a construction vest, and he immediately went to work.

Nolan's Birthday Party

Nolan had a special birthday party at Pops and MoMo's house on November 8th. I made some garbage truck decorations for my little trash lover!
Nolan woke up from his nap just in time for his party!

He waited with MoMo and anxiously awaited the arrival of his guests.

Nolan LOVED opening his presents!

We had a delicious lasagna dinner.

Nolan is not a huge cake guy, so I made him a big chocolate chip cookie.

Nolan was so excited to wear his new "truck shoes."

He enjoyed a few games of "pillows!"
